"Waterfalls and cuckoo clocks galore." This is how people describe the Black Forrest. We decided to check it out for ourselves and they are right. This is one of the most beautiful areas in Germany. We had a very relaxing trip full of hiking and checking out the cuckoo clocks.
This is the village of Triberg, which is pretty much the heart of the Black Forrest. It is full of cuckoo clocks, woodcrafts and the highest waterfall in Germany
Like always, we enjoyed some ice cream.
Picking a hotel in Germany can be a bit of an adventure. This time we ended up in a room that was completely pink. Caleb enjoyed his little bed though. The hotel did have a good German breakfast with some of the best preserves I have ever had.
