This is one of my sweet grandmothers. It was so difficult for me to see her. I could not hold back my tears. She has aged so much in the last year. She didn't remember me or who my children were for very long. It breaks my heart to see her this way and what Alzheimer's does to our loved ones. The kids could feel my love for her and they quickly began to hug and love on her. I am so thankful for their loving hearts! I will treasure this moment for many years!
